Pathfinder: The Dragon’s Demand

Ossian Studios have successfully kickstarted their new RPG project, Pathfinder: The Dragon’s Demand based on the popular Pathfinder table top module. The game promises to go way back to RPG root land, by trying to recreate the genuine table top feel in a Computer Role-playing Game. Actual rendered table top miniatures will be used to depict your characters, which will enable the devs to add features like climbing walls, flying and diving underwater. This naturally adds more depth to combat with more tactical possibilities.

Dragon’s Demand will feature 7 ancestries, 16 classes and 30 backgrounds to choose from when creating our characters and hundreds of weapons and armor to equip them with. Also, the devs promise a ton of unique quests, hundreds of characters that we can meet during our adventures as well as a cast of companions that can join us in our quest.

This all sounds like a massive undertaking, but Ossian Studios are all RPG veterans that worked on legendary games like Baldur’s Gate and Neverwinter Nights. Ossian also brought us the Neverwinter Nights premium module Darkness over Daggerford and Mysteries of Westgate for Neverwinter Nights 2. Neverwinter Nights veteran module creator and author Luke Scull is also on board, who just recently released Doom of Icewind Dale, the first in a series of modules meant to continue the original Neverwinter Nights campaign.

Take a look at the vid below for more info and head on over to the game’s Kickstarter as well. If you want more epicness in your day, we recently checked out Pathfinder: Abomination Vaults, the other Pathfinder CRPG currently in development.
