Starfinder: Afterlight has been successfully funded on Kickstarter. Developers Epictellers Entertainment reached their 75.000 Euro goal in just 80 minutes, according to their Kickstarter page. The project has since then reached almost 620.000 Euro in funds. Which is pretty crazy, but also shows that we, as gamers, really love our turn-based RPGs, Paizo and apparently the Starfinder setting.
Starfinder: Afterlight will be the first ever video game adaptation of the popular table-top setting, and features full turn-based combat, romanceable companions, a good bunch of ancestries and classes to customize your character and a choice driven, 40 – 60 hours long narrative experience.
Powered by Starfinder Second Edition
Build your hero from seven ancestries (Android, Human, Kasatha, Lashunta, Shirren, Vesk, Ysoki) and six classes (Envoy, Mystic, Operative, Solarian, Soldier, Witchwarper).
Engage in turn-based tactical combat with Paizo’s critically acclaimed three-action system. Level up and collect alien gear while battling cultists under the Hivemarket and unspeakable horrors drifting through the Diaspora.
