The Expanse: Osiris Reborn BETA drops right now

Owlcat Games’ ambitious The Expanse game is officially available in Beta as of right now. The studio has posted a video, in which the project’s leads explain the playable version of the game to us. The Beta will allow you to play one mission, Pinkwater 4 station and also lets you play around with the various game systems. The game is first and foremost a cover-based third person shooter/RPG very much in the vein of Mass Effect. Being out of cover means “Game Over” very quickly. There is also an active pause system in place, which allows you to plan your strategic actions in peace. The Beta will also showcase the different skill trees, the weapon categories available and also some of the companions that will be in the release version of the game. The Expanse: Osiris Reborn Beta is out now on Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.
